Can I Get a Medical Marijuana Card?

Question by Dwayne: Can I get a Medical Marijuana Card?
I live In wisconsin and had ACL surgery April 2011, I did all my therapy, and it still hurts, I went in to the doctor so he can look at it, and gave a painkiller, but I don’t like pills or any kind of pill, they seem to have more side effects then what it’s suppose to help. I mean getting up hurts a lot, and sitting down isn’t so fun either, my knee cracks and pops

Its hard to see responses like the other on this thread, still stuck in the propaganda mind set that the government put on them 60 years ago. Alcohol is a much worse drug than marijuana and is extremely addicting, yet that is completely legal at age, and so are painkillers. Most prescribed pain killers have a high amount of apap (acetaphetamine) in them which over continuous use will cause lasting liver damage.

Medical marijuana, if not abused, is a plant, not man made, and is a safer non addictive alternative. There are even strains that are created to help in certain areas like pain and I have seen many positive outcomes because of medical marijuana. It is just absurdly ignorant to say “Marijuana has no medical use”. I say suggest it to your doctor but first look into it yourself, you have to learn to think for yourself in this society with learning the facts not some bs someone is trying to feed you, and if you feel smoking it is bad for you there is a very safe alternative, vaporizing. No carcinogens, if done right, and still has all the positive effects of it.
